are The One!
Sometimes, people think having a "team" is better.
Sometimes people think a hands-on broker has better things to do
than going to the inspection, talking to the appraiser, negotiating the
repairs,
setting up the walk through before closing,
going over the closing statement with a fine tooth comb
and reviewing all the details of closing.
Sometimes people might think that a broker- realtor buying or
selling
millions of dollars of real estate for many, many people
is just too busy to turn on a dime and arrange an appointment for
a new listing...and maybe so for some.
But not for this one.
I like the details, all of them. I sort them and sift them continuously
and can turn on a dime in a moment's notice.
So if I am doing a lot how can I do this. How can I give
specialized attention to each client?
Because I specialize in my clients.
The only number I am interested in is ONE.
One at a time. All the time.

When folks ask me what area I specialize in...besides my clients...
I remind them that real estate has changed significantly over the years.
Twenty some years ago, I automated my whole office and set up my
real estate business on computers. We are always state of the art.
Nowadays,with wireless, with laptops, with GIS and Polaris,
we can see much more than ever.
And because I create time to be in the marketplace on a daily basis,
my office is everywhere. Interviewing on construction sites for our
podcast, taking pictures uptown for our blog, I am moving. Our vision is
focused on the bigger picture.
After all Charlotte is a growing market,
I think we need to know contiguous and convergence.
