TaaDaaa! Introducing The Condo Specialist!!!
Life is funny. There was a time when the least favored was a
"condo"...harder to find, harder to sell, harder to finance,
harder to make enough money to feed the French Sheep Dogs...but what a
fine challenge. I think there is saying that goes something like,
"Making lemonade out of lemons."
Everyday, Max, The Wonder Dog, and I went out to find the fourplexes,
the conversions, the two-sies and then on to the Register of Deeds to find
their legal names.
Then we would go through all the tax records to determine the number of
bedrooms
in each unit in a complex. That was way before Polaris, way before
GIS,
way before digital cameras, way before Google.
Our goal was to find every condominium. By the time we were finished ( as
if we are ever finished), Condo CanDo® magically appeared...and we were
hooked.
Fascinated, challenged, passionate about condos, Max and I took thousands
of pictures and got every, every condo!
We even made maps and maps of clusters of condos ...over 1000 maps from start to finish!
That's how I learned and keep learning about Charlotte Condominiums. I
love it!
